These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of P2P Price, available at p2pprice.com, including our website, platform, dashboards, charts, analytics, alerts, data tools, exports, subscription features, and related services.

By accessing or using P2P Price, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use P2P Price.

1. About P2P Price

P2P Price provides market data, analytics, charts, liquidity insights, spread information, comparisons, and related tools for informational and analytical purposes.

P2P Price may display or analyze data related to stablecoins, digital assets, fiat currencies, peer-to-peer markets, liquidity, spreads, market movement, and other financial or market-related indicators.

P2P Price does not operate as an exchange, broker, dealer, payment service provider, money transmitter, wallet provider, custodian, investment adviser, financial adviser, or trading platform.

2. Informational Purposes Only

All information, data, charts, analytics, indicators, spreads, liquidity metrics, rankings, comparisons, and content on P2P Price are provided for informational purposes only.

Nothing on P2P Price is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, trade, convert, transfer, or use any asset, currency, stablecoin, token, or financial product.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should conduct your own research before taking any action based on information you view on P2P Price.

3. No Trading, Exchange, Brokerage, Custody, or Payment Services

P2P Price does not:

• Sell or buy digital assets, stablecoins, currencies, or financial products.
• Execute trades or transactions.
• Match buyers and sellers.
• Hold user funds.
• Custody assets.
• Process peer-to-peer transactions.
• Provide wallets.
• Provide payment services.
• Provide money transmission services.
• Guarantee that any displayed price is executable.
• Guarantee that any displayed liquidity is available.

Any transaction you conduct outside P2P Price is solely between you and the relevant third party.

4. Market Data Disclaimer

Market data can change rapidly and may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, or different from the price or liquidity available on a third-party platform at the time you check or act.

P2P Price may collect, aggregate, normalize, analyze, filter, estimate, rank, or display market-related data using proprietary systems. The resulting data, analytics, charts, and indicators may not always reflect real-time executable rates.

We do not guarantee:

• Accuracy.
• Completeness.
• Availability.
• Timeliness.
• Continuity.
• Reliability.
• Suitability for any specific purpose.
• That any displayed price, spread, or liquidity can be executed.
• That any third-party market, platform, or source will match information shown on P2P Price.

You should verify important information independently before relying on it.

5. Proprietary Data and Methods

P2P Price uses proprietary systems, processes, calculations, filters, models, logic, infrastructure, and data methods to collect, organize, analyze, and display market-related information.

You agree that we are not required to disclose our internal systems, source selection logic, ranking methods, collection methods, formulas, infrastructure, monitoring processes, or proprietary analytics techniques, except where required by law.

All data compilations, derived data, charts, dashboards, analytics, rankings, presentation formats, platform logic, and related outputs are protected by intellectual property, database, contract, and other applicable rights.

6. Accounts

Some parts of P2P Price may require an account.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate account information.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account with unauthorized users.
• Notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Be responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, abuse the platform, or interfere with the service.

7. Subscriptions and Paid Features

P2P Price may offer paid subscriptions or premium features in the future.

If you purchase a subscription, the pricing, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation rules, and included features will be shown at the time of purchase.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other providers we may use from time to time.

Unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law:

• Subscription fees are billed according to the plan selected.
• Subscriptions may renew automatically.
• You are responsible for cancelling before renewal if you do not want to continue.
• Access to paid features may end if payment fails or the subscription is cancelled.
• Refunds, if any, will be handled according to the billing terms shown at purchase and applicable law.

We may change subscription plans, prices, feature availability, limits, or billing terms from time to time. Changes will apply according to the notice or terms provided at the time.

8. Alerts and Notifications

P2P Price may offer alerts, notifications, watchlists, email updates, or other monitoring features.

Alerts are provided for convenience only. We do not guarantee that alerts will be delivered on time, delivered at all, or reflect current market conditions at the moment you receive them.

You should not rely on alerts as your only source of information.

9. Exports, API Access, and Data Downloads

P2P Price may offer CSV exports, downloads, API access, or other data access features.

Unless we provide written permission, exported data, downloaded data, API data, and platform data may only be used for your internal, non-commercial use.

You may not use P2P Price data to:

• Build a competing product.
• Operate a commercial data service.
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, publish, or syndicate the data.
• Train commercial models or systems.
• Create market indices, rankings, dashboards, or analytics products for third parties.
• Provide paid reports, paid alerts, paid signals, or commercial intelligence products.
• Republish data publicly in a way that substitutes for P2P Price.

We may apply technical limits, rate limits, access controls, or additional terms to exports, downloads, and API access.

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Use P2P Price for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
• Copy, scrape, crawl, harvest, extract, or bulk download data without permission.
• Use bots, spiders, scripts, automated tools, or scraping systems without permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to discover our source code, infrastructure, algorithms, or proprietary systems.
• Circumvent access controls, paywalls, rate limits, authentication, or security features.
• Share, resell, sublicense, redistribute, or commercially exploit P2P Price data without permission.
• Use P2P Price to operate a competing platform, data product, or analytics service.
• Misrepresent data from P2P Price as your own.
• Interfere with platform performance or security.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Upload malware, malicious code, or harmful content.
• Use P2P Price in a way that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Use P2P Price to provide financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, or paid market calls to others without our written permission.

11. Intellectual Property

P2P Price, including its name, brand, logo, website, design, user interface, software, data structure, dashboards, charts, analytics, compilations, content, database rights, derived data, and proprietary methods, is owned by us or our licensors.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

You may use P2P Price only as allowed by these Terms. Any rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. User Feedback

If you send us suggestions, ideas, bug reports, feature requests, feedback, or similar information, you grant us the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you.

This helps us improve the platform while avoiding disputes over product ideas or improvements.

13. Third-Party Services and Data Sources

P2P Price may rely on, interact with, or reference third-party services, platforms, sources, infrastructure providers, analytics providers, payment providers, or external websites.

We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, data, security, accuracy, pricing, policies, or actions.

Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

14. Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee that P2P Price will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or compatible with your device or browser.

We may perform maintenance, updates, experiments, feature changes, or infrastructure changes from time to time.

15. No Warranties

P2P Price is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, and reliability.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will meet your expectations.
• Data will be accurate or current.
• Errors will be corrected.
• The platform will be uninterrupted or secure.
• Any analytics will be suitable for your intended use.
• Any market information can be relied on for financial decisions.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, P2P Price and its operators, team members, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or loss-based damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of business, trading losses, investment losses, missed opportunities, or losses resulting from reliance on platform data.

You are solely responsible for any decision, action, transaction, trade, transfer, purchase, sale, conversion, or financial activity you conduct outside P2P Price.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless P2P Price and its operators, team members, affiliates, contractors, service providers, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of P2P Price.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Your misuse of data.
• Your violation of applicable law.
• Your infringement of third-party rights.
• Your unauthorized commercial use, scraping, redistribution, or exploitation of P2P Price data.

18. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to P2P Price at any time if:

• You create legal, security, operational, or reputational risk.
• You misuse the platform or data.
• You attempt unauthorized access.
• Your payment fails for paid features.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, data restrictions, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

P2P Price is not intended for users under 18.

By using P2P Price, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

Your continued use of P2P Price after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

21. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, unless mandatory laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.

Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts or dispute resolution bodies determined under applicable law, unless a different process is required by mandatory consumer protection or data protection laws.
